The Office of the Chief Nursing Officer develops nursing and midwifery policy & strategy and provides strategic advice on professional nursing and midwifery issues to: Nurses, Midwives, Health Service Districts, the Office of the Director-General, the Minister for Health, and other units within Corporate Office.
